De-shedding Service
This service is performed to remove coat from double coated dogs that shed. This service will remove up to 80% of the loose coat,
best results are obtained from a scheduled service and will also assist in dogs skin health.

We do have surcharges for coats that are matted, require excessive brushing or have fleas.
CANCELLATIONS
We require 48hrs to cancel or change a booking. Failure to give us adequate notice will result in a surcharge being added to your account and need to be paid prior to any future bookings being made.
Surcharges are based on the dogs normal grooming costs and as follows:
Less than 48hrs 25%
Less than 24hrs 50%
On the day of /No show 100%
BOOKING DEPOSITS
New or casual bookings will require a booking deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit can be transferred if you need to reschedule your appointment providing the above notice is given. This amount will be deducted from your account on the day.
